Bankhouse
The name Bankhouse dates back to the early 1840’s and was a pioneering sheep station. Today, it is home to our vineyard which lies near the confluence of the Wairau & Waihopai Rivers in Marlborough.
Tasting Notes
A ripe and vibrant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with lively aromas of citrus and tropical fruit that is balanced with a refined and soft finish.
Vibrant and ripe berry fruit flavours typical of Marlborough Pinot Noir are layered within a mellow, rounded pallet.
Our favourite meals
Lamb Tagine.
A tagine, derived from North Africa and Morocco, is best described as a casserole. The word also describes the uniquely-shaped vessel that the dish is cooked in. It’s comfort food at its most comfortable.
